BIOGRAPHY
Marie-Laure was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2005.
She has more than 15 years of experience as a litigator in Luxembourg.
Before founding CARAT & SZOMBATHY, she spent her career in national and international top-tier law firms where she was a member of the strongest teams of Luxembourg litigators.
Marie-Laure specialises in corporate litigation, banking and finance litigation, and commercial litigation.
She has dealt with many of the major international insolvency and financial cases and with well-known complex matters related to the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.

BIOGRAPHY
Krisztina was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2013.
Before founding CARAT & SZOMBATHY, she spent her career in top-tier international as well as domestic law firms.
She specialises in labour, family and other civil law matters, such as contract law or landlord-tenant disputes. She intervenes both in the consulting phase, as well as in the litigation phase in front of the Luxembourg courts.
Since January 2021, Krisztina was appointed as the chairman of Luxembourg city's rent commission (Commission des Loyers).
Krisztina is also appointed as an external advisor for the Mobbing A.s.b.l., the Luxembourg Association against Moral Harassment and Stress at Work.
